Hi everyone,
You must be surprised with the topic of this post, didn't you? How money can buy a love? Are you mad? Everyone must be so angry with this statement. Relax dear, this is actually my argument point for Position Paper based on "The Fruitcake Special", a short story described for form 4. Indeed, it is not an easy job for me to convince people about something that you yourself do not agree about, but since i decided that, no matter how hard it is, i have to try to the 'max' to make reader agree with me. Let me roughly tell you what the story is all about.
It is a tale about Anna, the main character who seeks for a TRUE love. She admires her boss, a playboy Mr. who is the owner of Amos Cosmetics. Anna works as a chemist designing new perfumes there. When she makes a new perfume with a little piece of fruitcake as part of the ingredients, she attracts her rich and handsome boss, David Amos, who has little regard for ordinary woman. want to know the rest of the story?? catch it on left tool bar.
It is a very interesting and intriguing story. Can be successfully taught in English literature classroom especially female students who will definitely show more interest than male because it is authentic. This story also have its own moral values, which are important to be emphasized by the teachers.Hope to experience it soon!
